Sessional Classes 2025/2026

Sessional programming allows dancers to try different disciplines without the commitment of a performance. This is the perfect avenue for students new to dance or new to a specific discipline of dance who would like to explore their interest without committing to 9 months of classes. Dancers who are nervous to perform will find comfort in being able to focus solely on dance technique without the pressure of a recital or competition.

Sessional dancers will learn a combination of disciplines using one of the full year program unit plans for 45 minutes once a week, for the specified amount of time. No costumes or extra performance fees are associated with sessional classes. There are also no specific attire requirements.
